A message from Lauren

I'm a therapist who works with women navigating life's many transitions and challenges, including those related to identity, relationships, motherhood, and personal growth. My approach is grounded in the belief that every woman carries innate strength, even in moments of doubt, change, or pain.

Whether you're facing a major life transition, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or struggling to balance the demands of motherhood and partnership, our work together will center on rediscovering your resilience and reconnecting with your authentic self.

I aim to create a space where your voice is heard and your experiences are honored without judgment. Drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities, I support you in building self-awareness, cultivating emotional clarity, and moving forward with confidence. My goal is not to “fix” you, but to help you recognize the power you already hold, even when life feels overwhelming.

Healing is not about being perfect — it's about feeling whole. I’m here to walk with you through this chapter of your journey, helping you reclaim your story with strength, compassion, and purpose.

  • After a fulfilling 15-year career in financial services, I made the transformative decision to step away from the corporate world to focus on becoming a mother. That transition gave me not only the gift of family but also the space to reflect on what brings true meaning and purpose to my work.

Through both professional experiences and personal growth, I came to recognize a deep and enduring desire to walk alongside others in their own healing and growth. This calling led me to pursue a Master of Social Work degree — a path that aligns with my values of empathy, integrity, and holistic support.

Today, I am channeling skills I developed in my prior career — strategic thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal communication — into a new chapter centered on compassionate service. I am committed to building collaborative, trust-based relationships with the goal of bolstering well-being and resilience.
